Each year illy coffee awards the best coffee growers from around the world, supporting sustainable coffee growth. Coffee is what fuels my day, so when illy invited me to represent Honduras in this year's Ernesto Illy International Coffee Award, I was ecstatic. 

My illustration dives into the velvety taste and full body, with delicious chocolate and nutty notes, a lively acidity and a bold caramel aftertaste.
